BAGS OF UNITED STATES SILVER COINS
The most popular way to invest in silver bullion is the 90% U.S. silver bags. They weigh 54 pounds and are sometimes called "junk" silver bags. These are average circulated silver coins all dated 1964 or older. These will usually contain nothing of significant numismatic value.
Each bag contains coins of a face value of $1000 which has about 720 ounces of pure silver, discounting the alloy. The premium (the amount a customer pays over actual silver content) goes up and down depending on the market. If metals are hot and there are a lot of buyers, the premium over silver will be higher. If the market is dead, little interest, then the premium is small. You will have to call us to find out exactly a "bag" (or fraction thereof) would cost you.

AMERICAN SILVER EAGLES

The American One Ounce Silver Eagle is legal tender and the only silver bullion coins whose weight and purity are guaranteed by the United States government. 1 troy ounce, 99.9% pure.
Individually, silver eagles are $2 over the spot price of New York Silver. There are 20 silver eagles in a roll. In lots of 20 each eagle is $1.80 over the New York spot price of silver.
SILVER BARS
Many silver investors like smaller denominations such as the one troy ounce ingots or “rounds”. Silver bars are also available in the 10 troy ounce size, but the most popular is the 100 troy ounce bar as shown above by Englehard, an American company. There are many other well recognized brands such as Johnson Mathey, Sunshine Mining, and some issued by coin and silver dealers. The premium over the silver price is always relatively small. With silver at around $11 a troy ounce the premium on the silver bars varies from 35c to 75c per ounce over the silver price. When the market is hot the premiums are higher. be confirmed by telephone or email. We ship within 10 days after funds have

Personal checks must clear. We do not accept credit cards
on bullion transactions.

requires a signature from the receiver. Shipping charges will be agreed upon
